NOTICE TO CANDIDATES
1. Candidates are asked to note that SBAs are valid for 2 years inclusive of the first use.
2. Resit option should be chosen ONLY for the reuse of previous SBAs.
3. Please select YES or NO in the Alternative and Resit fields for each subject chosen.
4. Candidates will be required to make payment for the exams they are attempting at the Accounts Department of the Ministry of Education BEFORE completing this form, as candidates will be required to upload a copy of their receipt upon submission. Below is a sample image of the Receipt:
Please ensure that the name on the receipt matches the name filled out on the application form.
5. The form will prompt the applicant to upload the copy of the receipt at the end of the process when the applicant hits the SUBMIT AND SIGN button.
A pop-up window will appear asking for a copy of the receipt to be uploaded.
